About the role

This role involves developing sales strategies, leading and training front-line sales teams, coordinating across departments, and managing key performance indicators for beauty and wellness therapy services.

Key responsibilities

• Develop sales strategies: plan quarterly and annual sales targets for various therapy programmes
• Team leadership and training: recruit, manage and train front-line sales teams to enhance therapy programme conversion skills
• Cross-departmental coordination: work with registered Chinese medicine practitioners, physiotherapists, and therapists to ensure smooth consultation processes and optimise customised therapy experiences for clients
• KPI management: monitor cross-store performance, renewal rates, new customer conversion rates and average transaction value across store(s)

About you

• Minimum 5 years of experience managing teams across multiple beauty salons
• Fluent Cantonese preferred; able to read and write Chinese; basic English reading and writing skills
• Strong team spirit and ability to collaborate closely with colleagues across different roles
• Punctual, responsible, and able to handle customer interactions and unexpected situations independently
• Good interpersonal relationships, communication skills and sales drive
• Proactive with independent initiative and excellent leadership abilities
• Availability to start work immediately preferred
