About the role

This is an Accounting Supervisor role responsible for independently managing all company accounts, ensuring timely completion of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements, and maintaining accurate and compliant accounting records.

Key responsibilities

• Independently handle all company accounts and ensure timely completion of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements
• Review financial vouchers, financial statements and financial data to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Maintain effective internal controls to ensure smooth operations, structure and workflow of financial data, and properly handle fund planning and risk control
• Handle tax filing, invoice management and tax matters coordination to ensure company tax compliance
• Conduct regular account reconciliations and communicate directly with suppliers, customers and internal teams on financial matters

About you

• 2 years experience and diploma or above qualification
• Knowledge of full-set accounting
• Responsible and meticulous
• Proficient in basic Microsoft Excel and Word operations, able to independently complete data entry, table editing and document formatting
• Good Chinese reading and writing ability, able to clearly understand financial terminology and daily business document content
• Fluent in Cantonese, knowledge of Mandarin preferred
• Organised approach, attention to accuracy and timeliness, able to complete daily account settlement and assigned clerical tasks on time
• Basic communication and coordination skills, able to work effectively with colleagues from different departments such as sales, warehouse and supervisors
