หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ
- จัดการและมอบหมายงานประจำวันให้กับพนักงานฝ่ายบริการอาหารและเครื่องดื่ม ประกอบด้วยพนักงานต้อนรับ (Receptionist) พนักงานลูกค้าสัมพันธ์ (Guess relation officer) พนักงานประจำพื้นที่เลน (Floor walker)
- จัดตารางการปฏิบัติงานของพนักงานในความรับผิดชอบ เสนอต่อผู้จัดการ
- ดูแล ติดตาม และตวจสอบประสิทธิภาพการทำงานของพนักงานในความควบคุม
- พัฒนาและบริหารงานให้เป็นไปตามมาตรฐานของบริษัท
- หน้าที่อื่น ๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากผู้จัดการสาขา
คุณสมบัติ
- วุฒิปริญญาตรี สาขาบริหารธุรกิจ การโรงแแรม ประชาสัมพันธ์ นิเทศศาสตร์หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- สามารถแก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าได้ดี กล้าแสดงออก
- สามารถทำงานได้รวดเร็ว ถูกต้องและทันเวลาที่กำหนด
- สามารถทำงานเป็นทีมได้
