你將負責的工作 Key Responsibilities

→ 為客戶提供專業醫學美容諮詢，運用韓國先進技術知識協助客戶選擇最合適的療程

Provide professional beauty consultations, leveraging Korean advanced technology knowledge to recommend optimal treatments

→ 提供激光及醫學美容療程的專業知識，協助客戶了解及改善皮膚問題

Offer expert knowledge on laser and medical aesthetics treatments to address client skin concerns

→ 協助推廣及銷售公司療程及產品，達成業績目標

Promote and sell treatments and products, achieving performance targets

→ 管理客戶預約（電話及線上平台），跟進療程進度

Manage client appointments via phone and online platforms, and follow up on treatment progress

→ 透過電話、Facebook、WhatsApp 等渠道回覆客戶諮詢，提供即時專業協助

Respond to client enquiries via phone, Facebook, WhatsApp, and other channels with prompt, professional service

→ 維護客戶療程紀錄，建立長期客戶關係，提升品牌忠誠度

Maintain detailed client treatment records, build lasting relationships, and enhance brand loyalty

→ 協助分店主管處理日常運營、行政工作及特別項目

Support branch managers with daily operations, administrative tasks, and special projects

我們期望你具備 Requirements

基本要求 Essential:

→ 1年或以上美容顧問或客戶服務經驗（醫學美容經驗優先）

1+ year in beauty consulting or customer service (medical aesthetics preferred)

→ 優秀的人際溝通技巧，善於與客戶建立信任關係

Excellent interpersonal skills with a natural ability to build client trust

→ 為人誠實勤奮，注重服務細節

Honest, diligent, and attentive to service details

→ 具備團隊合作精神，能與同事緊密配合

Strong team player who collaborates effectively with colleagues

→ 熟練中英文電腦打字，能處理日常文書工作

Proficient in Chinese and English typing; able to handle administrative tasks

**優先考慮 Preferred:

→ 具醫學美容行業銷售經驗

Sales experience in the medical aesthetics industry

→ 能說流利英語，基本粵語或普通話

Fluent in English; basic Cantonese or Mandarin an advantage

→ 熟悉社交媒體客戶溝通（Facebook、WhatsApp、Instagram 等）

Familiar with client communication via social media platforms

→ 具備預約管理或 CRM 系統使用經驗

Experience with appointment management or CRM systems
