该职位来源于猎聘 工作内容： 1、市场产品调研及竞品分析； 2、差异化产品idea发想、验证及技术可行性评估和产品开发； 3、产品开发进度管理（概念→小试→中试→量产）； 4、生产工艺设计、文件制定和R3创建及维护； 5、新产品的食安导入&旧有产品精进维护。 经验要求： 1、两年相关工作经验； 2、有食品饮料配方开发经验优先； 3、熟悉感官品评方法和应用实践； 4、熟悉食品相关法规标准。 专长： 1、能够独立开展配方开发或调香实验； 2、执行力强，具备良好的项目管理能力，善于跨部门协作； 3、英语 Level 1 基础 : 基础日常沟通 (CEFR/A2，托业200-400，CET4 425分(含）以上）； 4、文献查询、数据分析及报告撰写能力； 5、细心谨慎富责任感。
