该职位来源于猎聘 职责描述： 1.生产工艺及机构搭配持续性优化，良率改善，降低报废; 2.基于公司数字化布局，完成精益生产数字化项目导入; 3.重大问题召集相关部门及时处理改善; 4.新流程及产品衔接落实，跨部门沟通; 5.工程技术人员培养及留任，团队建设 任职要求： 1.八年以上笔记本电脑工程经验(含3年以上团队管理经验)，有新产品导入经验; 2.熟悉Creo/CAD 等绘图软件, 了解掌握基本操作应用，熟悉机构图纸及TA分析，了解塑胶、钣金、机加工基础工艺； 3.熟悉NB行业先进生产工艺，熟悉NB 硬件发展趋势，具有较强的口头和书面表达能力及问题处理能力.
