About the role

This is a charging station operations and management role responsible for maintaining electric vehicle charging infrastructure, managing site operations, leading teams, handling customer service, and monitoring performance data.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct regular inspections of charging stations and related facilities to ensure equipment reliability and arrange preventive maintenance
• Supervise charging station environment cleanliness and safety, and resolve on-site issues such as occupied parking spaces and damaged charging guns
• Train employees to handle customer complaints and emergency safety incidents
• Resolve vehicle owner issues related to charging and payment to improve customer satisfaction
• Monitor charging station utilization rates, electricity consumption, and fault rates, and provide regular reports and optimization recommendations to the company

About you

• Familiarity with different electric vehicle charging operations
• Familiarity with electric vehicle charging centre operations and management
• Good knowledge of sales, customer service, and marketing
• 2 years or more of experience in electric vehicle-related work
