- 初中或以上程度及具基本中文讀寫能力
- 持起居照顧員證書或相關護理證書者優先
- 有智障人士或院舍服務經驗優先考慮
- 負責智障人士及肢體傷殘人士的個人護理，訓練
- 為宿舍服務使用者預備膳食及協助護士及保健員處理藥物工作
- 需輪值及通宵工作
