ควบคุมและตรวจสอบการทำงานของช่างและคนงาน
วางแผนงานประจำวันและมอบหมายงานให้ทีม
ตรวจสอบงานก่อสร้างเป็นไปตามแบบและข้อกำหนด
ควบคุมงานก่อสร้างให้ได้มาตรฐาน
ควบคุมการใช้วัสดุ อุปกรณ์ และเครื่องมือให้เหมาะสม
ประสานงานกับผู้รับเหมา และ หน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง
รายงานความคืบหน้าของงานและปัญหา ให้ผู้บังคับบัญชาทราบ
แก้ไขปัญญาเฉพาะหน้าที่เกินขึ้นในหน้างาน
ควบคุมงานให้แล้วเสร็จตามแผนงานและระยะเวลาที่กำหนด
คุณสมบัติจำเป็น
✓มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับงานก่อสร้าง
✓อ่านแบบก่อสร้างและใช้ Autocad ได้
✓มีประสบการณ์จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
✓สามารถทำงานภายใต้แรงกดดันได้
