该职位来源于猎聘 Role and Responsibilities TMKT MT作为品牌渠道推广策略的制定者，以品牌可持续增长为目标，依据市场洞察和渠道特性，制定全渠道营销策略、活动设计及推广计划。工作内容包括但不限于： Mission 1: Business Insight & Market Intelligence 生意关注及洞察：关注线上/线下各个渠道的品牌及产品生意情况，深入分析获得洞察 竞品及市场追踪及分析：线上/线下各个渠道核心竞品、市场情况实时追踪与分析 Mission 2: Omni-channel Animation 渠道活动推广策略：依据渠道特性、市场及竞品情况及销售需求，进行各渠道营销策略计划制定、执行、跟踪及总结，以优化分析，通过渠道活动帮助生意目标及产品目标达成 各渠道落地活动设计：全年不同渠道活动节点对应的线下落地活动设计、落地执行、跟踪及总结 Mission 3: Omni-channel Promotion 各渠道促销计划制定：各渠道全年/各月促销策略及促销指标制定，促销资源分配及管理 各渠道促销计划优化：促销效率跟踪及优化 Mission 4: Projects 参与或领导其他部门内或跨部门合作项目 Profile As an inclusive employer, we favor skills, backgrounds, experiences, and ideas.
