《当家爸爸的聚会》后期组 职位描述： 1、负责节目拍摄素材的下载、上传、分类存储与备份。 2、协助完成多机位素材的合板、音画同步、时间线整理，为后期剪辑提供规范化的工程基础。 3、参与素材内容的筛选、标记与整理，协助完成粗剪、关键信息提取等前期剪辑工作。 岗位要求： 1、具备一定的阅片量，对镜头语言、叙事节奏有基本理解，逻辑清晰，善于梳理内容结构。 2、熟练使用 PS、Premiere Pro（PR）、Final Cut Pro 等主流剪辑软件，了解基础剪辑流程与工程规范。 3、具备影视、传媒、短视频等领域的实习或项目经验者优先考虑，熟悉节目制作流程者更佳
