战略分析师-全球商业化战略和分析

职位描述 1、作为商业化业务方战略合作伙伴，与销售/商业化相关部门合作，帮助制定商业化战略；

2、围绕业务增长与战略落地，开展专题分析与策略盘点，将数据洞察转化为可执行的增长方案、产品优化与运营举措，并推动落地；

3、国际化广告业务日常经营分析，整合多维度数据，通过统计分析、量化归因等方法，评估业务健康度、追踪经营趋势、预警风险、挖掘机会，为业务决策提供数据支撑；

4、与国际化的商业化团队密切配合，推动全球和跨区域的战略研究以及落地。

职位要求 1、2年及以上互联网战略、商业分析、数据分析、投行或咨询相关工作经验；

2、具备良好的结构化思维和扎实的研究能力，能够形成行业洞察与业务判断；

3、熟练使用SQL/Hive、Tableau等语言工具，有数据可视化产品的使用经验，了解常见的量化归因方法；

4、具备跨部门协同经验，能够快速适应复杂业务环境，拥有良好的中英文沟通能力与全球化视角。

优先考虑：

1、对线上广告有深刻理解或丰富经验者优先。
