该职位来源于猎聘 岗位职责： 1. 负责热塑性连续纤维板材冲压成型工艺开发与量产导入 2. 优化冲压工艺参数（温度、压力、速度、保压时间等） 3. 解决冲压成型中的起皱、开裂、回弹、局部厚度不均等缺陷 任职要求： 1. 本科及以上，材料成型/机械工程相关专业 2. 3年以上热塑板材冲压成型工艺经验 3. 熟悉热压机或冲压设备操作与工艺参数调试 4. 了解热塑性板材的热力学特性与冲压成型机理 5. 有热塑连续纤维板材冲压工艺经验者或者有航空或汽车复材热冲压产线经验者优先
