该职位来源于猎聘 岗位职责： 1.负责生产设备的日常保养与预防性维护，确保设备可用率不低于95% 2.快速响应设备故障，减少停机时间 3.主导和参与设备OEE提升项目，目标年度提升5个百分点 4.实施设备改善方案，每年完成不少于3项效率提升改造 任职要求： 1.机械/自动化相关专业大专以上学历，3年以上设备维修经验 2.熟悉PLC控制系统和液压气动系统，具备独立排障能力 3.掌握TPM、OEE等设备管理工具，有精益生产项目经验者优先 4.持有电工证或设备维修相关资格证书优先
