商务主管/专员（设备）

该职位来源于猎聘 职责描述：

• To follow up on pre and post-contract administration of projects assigned;
• To preparation of tender bid documents;
• To reviewing work specifications, take-off quantity, costing and liaise with vendors, i.e. sub-contractors, suppliers and/or consultants;
• Understands the contractual terms and works to ensure that other stakeholders such as Project Team Members, Accounts and Finance understands and complies with the terms;
• Assists the Senior/Commercial Managers in providing effective support to Project Team and establishing good working relationship with Project Managers, Clients, sub-contractors, suppliers and consultants ;
• Assists in resolving contractual and commercial issues with clients, sub-contractors, suppliers and consultants;
• To ensure and co-ordination of the procurement of materials and suppliers for the projects and ensuring expenses within budget;
• To evaluate sub-contractors’, suppliers’ and consultants’ bids and in the recommendation of awards for contracts as appropriate;
• Close monitoring of project costs and puts up project cost reports on a scheduled and ad-hoc basis;
• Cost controling of projects and ensure that all purchases are within budgets;
• Assists in putting up budget reporting on a regular basis;
• Negotiation with vendors for better/competitive pricing, quality and delivery;
• Verificaion of all payments are in order before payments by Company/Client;
• Monitoring of all payment collections;
• To perform closing of final account;
• Attends to all contract administration matters and maintains proper documentation of the project;
• Attends site and other meetings as required;
• Ad hoc duties as determined by immediate supervisor.
• Knowledge of both the local and International vendors of pharmaceutical equipment
• Experience in importation and facilitiation of equipment from International vendors
• Capability to work with the Process/Validation engineers for the definition and procurement of equipment packages including bid preparation, vendor pre qualification, Technical Bid analysis, Commercial bid analysis, expediting, customs clearance, warranty and payment approach.
• Experience in setting up procurement planning and scheduling
• Knowledge on international contracting and contracts.
• Ability to set and manage the procurement budgets from CD through to project completion
• Validation package understanding and ability to integrate into the procurement process
• Close out of projects on full delivery and hand over 任职要求：
• Large bio pharmaceutical projects including mAb, Fill Finish, as a minimum.
• Multi project experience with process equipment ＞200M RMB
• Experience with International Pharma companies and with local pharma companies
• Ability to lead a procurement team and guide the overall process with all stakeholders.
