The Position

规范诊疗

1.基于公司相关产品策略，介绍罗氏产品的关键信息，使医生及专家认知并了解罗氏的产品知识

2.基于公司疾病领域相关策略，传递相应疾病领域产品相关医学信息，促进医生制定规范治疗方案运用专业知识，助力生态圈内诊断准确度的提升

学科建设

1.访问临床及病理医生，按时按质的完成相关客户(尤其重点专家)对于疾病领域洞见的收集进行总结、分析和反馈

2.组织、协调并整合各类治疗领域学术会议，推动建立治疗领域治疗规范

疾病全程管理

支持协助患者解决方案经理，关注疾病领域全程管理和治疗方案优化

能力与经验

岗位所需胜任力

• 具备相关疾病领域的基础知识

• 良好学习能力

• 业务敏锐度

• 较高的沟通能力和高效的执行能力

• 正确的思维和行为 (使命驱动，合作共赢，成长性思维)

工作年限

• 3年以上医药行业工作经验

• 既往有销售/市场/医学经验

• 跨职能工作经验为佳

教育程度/所获资格证书

• 医学或药学相关本科及以上学历

• 在试用期内通过RDPAC考试

• 在试用期内完成罗氏所有必修课程
