PMC Manager

Purpose / Summary：

We are hiring an experienced PMC Manager to oversee end‑to‑end production planning and material control for our manufacturing facility. You will lead the PMC team, drive S&OP process, balance production capacity against customer demand, optimize inventory levels, minimize slow‑moving & obsolete stock, and closely coordinate with sales, engineering, procurement and production teams to consistently improve on‑time delivery performance and operational efficiency.

In this position, you'll be at the heart of our manufacturing excellence, driving tangible results through:

• Lead and manage the PMC team, arrange daily work allocation, and conduct regular team performance reviews.

• Own overall production planning, master production scheduling (MPS) and MRP execution, balance customer demand with factory production capacity.

• Manage end‑to‑end material planning & inventory control; take actions to reduce slow‑moving, obsolete stock and control overall inventory value.

• Facilitate S&OP monthly review meetings, collect demand forecast from sales side and align production & supply arrangement.

• Closely collaborate with procurement, production, quality, engineering and sales teams to resolve material shortage, schedule disruption and delivery risk issues.

• Monitor on‑time delivery performance, track relevant operational KPIs and drive continuous improvement for planning & material workflows.

• Analyze production bottlenecks, propose optimization solutions for planning processes and support new product introduction (NPI) projects.

• Prepare regular PMC department reports for plant management regarding planning, inventory and delivery status.

🎯 What We're Looking For

✅ Must-Have Qualifications:

1. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
2. Language: English can be used as the working language.
3. Experience: Minimum 5‑10 years solid working experience in PMC / production planning & material control within manufacturing environment, with at least 3‑5 years team‑management experience.
4. Technical: Deep understanding of MPS, MRP, S&OP process; familiar with ERP system (SAP / Oracle preferred).
5. Skills: Strong capability for demand‑capacity balancing, inventory analysis, slow‑moving & obsolete material disposal management.
