该职位来源于猎聘 Job Summary: Senior Upper Material Planner to oversee the end-to-end material planning for footwear upper materials, drive material supplier’s production capacity, and on-time delivery for materials, especially NPI style. Job Description:

• Upper Material Overall Planning -Own supplier’s capacity calculation, evaluate supplier production capability and capacity’s accuracy. -Conduct demand forecasting, supplier’s capacity analysis based on each stage forecast, foresee and identify single source and capacity shortage risk. -Manage material preparation status with yarn based on Tech schedule, shoe factory's production plan.
• Supplier Collaboration -Own the master production schedule for all designated "Critical Styles" and key product launches. -Manage long-lead time materials and coordinate with suppliers on capacity planning to prevent delay. -Conduct deep-dive analysis on core supplier’s performance, lead times, and material availability to forecast potential delays months in advance.
• Data Analysis & Reporting -Prepare daily/weekly/monthly material planning reports, track key project milestones, and ensure on-time material supply. -Develop and maintain a real-time dashboard to track the health and progress of all critical styles. -Regularly align planning schedule with internal PD, Tech team, production team and external fabric suppliers. Education: College degree or above in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Textile Engineering or related majors. Certifications:        Bachelor’s degree or certifications (APICS, CSCP, CPIM) a strong plus. Work Experience: -5+ years of working experience in footwear upper material planning,
• familiar with footwear industry development and production process. -Proficient in various footwear upper materials: Leather, engineered mesh, warpknit, dobby, jacquard and other knit/woven fabrics. -Familiar with textile weaving process, machine capacity standards and footwear BOM. Master full T1-T4 and mass production planning process. Skills: -Skilled in Excel for data analysis, pivot table statistics and data sorting. -Familiar with PLM system operation for material requirement planning. -Able to accurately calculate material usage and production capacity.
