业务发展经理

1. Working with new and existing co-development partners on project;

2. Monitoring projects managed by co-development partners and local management of project

development progress/issues;

3. Reviewing project documents in Vietnam and report in English detailed, clearly and structured.

Reporting the project development process/issues systematically in defined weekly review;

4. Ensuring projects reach ready to build status by managing the relationship with the relevant stakeholders

such as developers;

5. Authorities, land owners, grid operators, offtakers, external advisors, etc ;

6. Ensuring the time schedule, cash flow plan and budget of project development complying

agreement/plan;

7. Screening potential new sites, assessing planning and utilities connection feasibility. Assisting in the

development of new projects from inception to construction;

8. Assisting with negotiating of partnership/co-operation/development agreements. Coordinate the tasks

and inputs of the Engineering team as well as the supporting functions such as Legal, Tax, and Finance

team – and eventually external advisors;

9. During the development phase as well as during the acquisition and sale phase;

10. EPC negotiation and EPC contract review;

11. Other jobs as assigned by superiors.
