🔧 𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬

Manage Jamf Pro end-to-end, including policies, profiles, smart groups, packaging, patch management, API automation, and zero-touch deployment.

Build automated package creation workflows using pkgbuild, AutoPkg, and Munki.

Manage Apple Business Manager and Setup Your Mac (SYM) provisioning pipelines.

Administer Microsoft Intune for iOS and Cisco Meraki Systems Manager / Google Workspace for Android devices.

Configure and manage Azure/Entra ID, Conditional Access, SSO (SAML/OIDC), dynamic groups, and Microsoft Defender integrations.

Troubleshoot 802.1X/EAP-TLS, Cisco ISE, Cisco AnyConnect VPN, SCEP/NDES, and enterprise browser policies.

Manage enterprise storage solutions, font servers/licensing, and Adobe Creative Cloud administration.

Provide senior-level desktop support and manage hardware lifecycle and stock.

Support data centre operations, including racking, cabling, and hardware troubleshooting.

Develop SOPs, knowledge-base articles, and training materials while mentoring local IT teams.

✅ 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬

Multi-year professional experience in enterprise macOS administration and large-scale Jamf Pro environments.

Strong experience managing Apple, iOS, and Android fleets integrated with Azure/Entra ID.

Strong technical documentation and training experience.

Comfortable working in a Windows-majority enterprise environment with strict security and compliance standards.

Valid Swiss work permit is required.

German & English proficiency – minimum B2 level required.
