非标自动化：熟悉非标自动化设备（专机、自动线、装配线）的机械与电气原理、选型、集成、调试与维护。负责进行设备供应商产线开发管理。 Non-standard automation: Familiar with non-standard automation equipment (special-purpose machines, automated lines, assembly lines) — mechanical & electrical principles, selection, integration, commissioning and maintenance. Responsible for managing equipment suppliers' production line development.

PLC 编程：熟悉使用西门子 S7 系列（博图）或三菱 FX/Q，能独立编程、组态、调试、故障诊断并优化现有程序。 PLC programming: Familiar with Siemens S7 series (TIA Portal) or Mitsubishi FX/Q — able to independently program, configure, commission, diagnose faults and optimize existing programs.

机械电气基础与 CAD 制图：能看懂机械 / 电气图纸，熟练使用 AutoCAD 等 2D 软件，熟悉伺服、变频器、视觉 / 扫码器及气动、液压原理。 Mechanical & electrical fundamentals with CAD: Able to read mechanical/electrical drawings; proficient in 2D software such as AutoCAD; familiar with servo drives, VFDs, vision/barcode systems, and pneumatic/hydraulic principles.

工艺工装设计：能设计、评审工艺装备 / 工装夹具，并负责其验证与维护改进。 Process tooling design: Able to design and review process equipment/fixtures, and drive their verification and improvement.

工艺文件编制：能编制维护产线布局图（Layout）、工艺流程图（PFD）、作业指导书（SOP）、控制计划、PFMEA、标准工时等工艺文件。 Process documentation: Able to compile and maintain production line layout, process flow diagrams (PFD), standard operating procedures (SOP), control plans, PFMEA, standard times and other process documents.

产线优化与精益改善：运用精益生产与 IE 工具，掌握线平衡、换型（SMED）与节拍优化，提升生产效率与 FTT。 Line optimization & lean improvement: Apply lean production and IE tools; skilled in line balancing, changeover (SMED) and takt/cycle-time optimization to improve production efficiency and FTT.

现场问题分析解决：能运用 8D / 5Why / 鱼骨图等工具，分析并解决现场工艺与设备问题。 On-site problem solving: Able to apply 8D / 5Why / fishbone and similar tools to analyze and resolve on-site process and equipment issues.

前期制造工程策划：负责新项目工艺策划、组织评审、试制与 PPAP 支持，以及产线规划与投资估算。 Advanced manufacturing engineering planning: Responsible for new-project process planning, organizing reviews, trial runs and PPAP support, as well as production line planning and investment estimation.

设备维护管理：能主导停机管理、TPM / 预防性维护与 OEE 提升，并带领 2–4 名维修技术员。 Equipment maintenance management: Able to lead downtime management, TPM/preventive maintenance and OEE improvement, supervising 2–4 maintenance technicians.

过程审核与体系：能支持内审、客户审核及 IATF 16949 过程审核。 Process audit & system: Able to support internal, customer and IATF 16949 process audits.

二、背景 / Background

学历：机械 / 机电 / 自动化 / 工业工程等相关专业，本科及以上。 Education: Bachelor's degree or above in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Automation, Industrial Engineering or related fields.

经验：5 年以上制造工程 / 工艺或设备维护经验，汽车零部件行业优先。 Experience: 5+ years in manufacturing/process engineering or equipment maintenance; automotive components preferred.

行业：天窗 / 钣金 / 焊接 / 组装经验更佳。 Industry: Sunroof, sheet metal, welding or assembly experience a plus.
