法务经理

该职位来源于猎聘 岗位职责：

• Provide appropriate, prompt and timely legal advice to relevant departments/divisions;
• Draft, review and propose modifications to agreements and other legal documents; Support R&D business or post-marketing clinical business.
• Update and maintain the contract templates pool of company;
• Work collaboratively with other supporting or internal risk controlling functions to ensure that the activities meet legal and regulatory requirements and the company’s high standards of conduct as well as internal rules;
• Create or Update the important legal policy internally
• Handle litigation and other government investigation.
• Participate in the BD business or License-in/out business for legal evaluation or negotiation.
• Provide legal training to ensure compliance with laws, regulations and internal procedures;
• Handle other tasks assigned by the line manager. 资历要求： 教育水平：LLB or above in reputable law university, Bar membership is preferred 相关领域工作经验及年限：5 years or above post qualification experience in reputable law firm or multi-national company In-house experience with a pharmaceutical company is preferred 语言水平：Fluent English 能力要求：PRC Bar Qualification is a must Excellent communication skills; Team player Wide view, diversified analysis, appropriate prioritization, headed level judgement Integrity; Strone accountability; Quick-learner
