- 進行個案評估並制定介入計劃，提供個人、小組及家庭輔導服務以支援學生
- 在涉及兒童保護、家庭困難、創傷或精神健康等個案中，提供即時危機介入及支援
- 舉辦教育講座、預防性小組及社區活動，促進青少年正向發展、精神健康及生活技能
- 與學校、家長、跨專業團隊及社區機構緊密協作，共同建立支援網絡
- 註冊社工，社會工作學位
- 具學校社工、青少年服務、輔導或個案工作經驗者優先
- 良好中英文及溝通能力；懂普通話
- 懂MS Office及中英文輸入
- 獨立、富團隊精神且具跨專業團隊協作能力
- 具活動帶領能力，致力維護兒童安全並促進學生身心健康
- 須輪值，按需要於週日及公眾假期上班
