• According to sales order, Forecasts, production schedules to make material purchasing plan, release the purchasing order and forecast to suppliers. and confirm the delivery plan with suppliers; 根据销售订单，预测，生产排程，统筹物料需求计划，释放订单及预测给供应商生产及备原材料，和供应商确认交付计划；
• Daily tracking the supplier’s delivery plan, check whether it can fulfil our production schedules, avoid any risks of line shut down; make timely alert to related dept if necessary; 每日跟踪供应商交付计划，核对是否满足公司生产计划需求，检查库存及交付计划，避免缺料停线风险； 若必要需提前预警给相关部门；
• Monthly inventory analysis (aging, slow moving, coverage) and take actions to improve inventory turn and reduce E&O 月度分析库存(库龄，呆滞, 覆盖范围)，采取有效措施避免呆滞，提高库存周转率，降低呆滞料E&O
• Process optimization and abnormality review to improve the accuracy of material planning 流程优化与异常复盘，提升物料计划准确率
• Visit suppliers irregularly to know the product process, identify bottlenecks and improve suppliers’ capability 不定期拜访供应商，了解产品生产工艺，有效识别供应商瓶颈，改善和提高供应商能力 6. omply with ESH policy and procedure, implement ESH responsibilities，carry out ESH activities, keep all operations in line with ESH requirements and deliver ESH performance; 遵守ESH政策，履行ESH职责，开展ESH各项活动，确保工作符合ESH要求，达成ESH绩效；
• Other works assigned by the supervisor. 主管指定的其他工作 。 More than 6 years Experience on production or material planning (Prefer mechanical parts making / assembly) in foreign invested company, with at least 3 years of end to end material planning 6年以上经验外商投资企业的生产或物料计划经验,（机械/汽车零件/装配经验优先考虑），至少3年独立负责全链路物料计划 Qualifications/Requirements: 资质/要求：
• Bachelor above, Major in Engineering, basic knowledge/experience of assembly, process and machinery; 本科以上学历，工程类专业，有装配、工艺及设备方面的知识；
• Capability to balance the capacity utilization, material availability in high efficiency and quick response to customer demand, have the management experience of supplier; experience in VMI, Import and export materials 平衡产能、物料，客户快速反应，具有供应商管理，VMI及进出口物料管控经验者优先考虑；
• Good communication with different functions (production/engineering, purchaser, customer service, quality) so as to secure the resources for production execution; 良好的沟通和协调能力；
• Good at data analysis, alert and coordinate to improve delivery on time, efficiency /productivity, lower WIP level; 擅长数据分析，机敏的协调能力以提高交货准时率, 生产力，降低WIP水平；
• Be responsible and professional, hard work, can finish the job timely, have good work ethic; 有责任心，踏实勤奋，工作细心负责，按时完成规定工作，吃苦耐劳，有良好的职业道德；
• Be familiar with SAP, good at office software. 会使用SAP系统，熟练应用office办公软件。
