職責

• 負責收信、分信及處理來往文件

• 準確輸入及更新系統資料

• 摺信入信及進行基本資料核對

• 協助日常文書及行政工作

要求

• 中學程度或以上
• 懂基本電腦操作及 Microsoft Office
• 具中英文輸入能力
• 工作細心、有責任感及能獨立工作
• 具相關工作經驗者優先考慮
