職責:
負責物業日常保養及維修

處理緊急維修服務

管理倉庫,確保物料庫存充足

要求:
持有工業學院機械/ 電機工程或屋宇設備工程證書,或

持有相關學徒訓練證書/ 有效建造業工人註冊證或其他相關證書

持機電工程署發出之電力工程人員R 級、A級或以上牌照優先考慮

最少兩年或以上大廈中央冷氣/ 機電系統/ 水電/ 木器/ 油漆保養維修經驗

需穿制服

較多經驗者會被考慮為技師
