• Enhance the competitiveness of core products
• Support the launch of new indications, collaborate with DS ONCO to obtain support and cooperation from national and regional Key Experts (KEEs).
• Formulate and implement regional marketing strategies
• Develop regional marketing strategies and execution plans in conjunction with the Brand Strategy Team and Promotion Management Team based on in-depth insights from KEE feedback and market research; accurately diagnose the root causes of brand performance and adjust strategies in a timely manner to adapt to market demands.
• Efficiently execute regional marketing work
• Effectively implement regional marketing projects, and complete expenditures efficiently and timely within the budget; closely collaborate with the sales team to carry out KEE maintenance and customer relationship management.
• Coordinate resources and cross-departmental collaboration
• Proactively lead cross-departmental cooperation (including MSL, Dx, Promotion, Marketing, etc.), integrate internal and external resources to maximize business opportunities; promote alliance collaboration between DS and AZ as well as internal cross-functional collaboration within DS to achieve brand goals and business indicators. 资历要求： 教育水平:Bachelor's degree or above. 相关领域工作经验及年限 -Local MKT or High performance DSM of anti-tumor products -Relevant TA area is preferred -Strong regional marketing planning skills and good project management skills -Good Strategic thinking and KEE engagement -Strong cross-functional collaboration ability -Good data analysis skill 语言水平:Basic English reading and writing ability 能力要求: Strong analytical skills and business sense; A proven responsible team player and leadership,multi-tasker and fast learner; Outstanding interpersonal skills 计算机水平:Familiar with office software
