该职位来源于猎聘 固定薪资：本科3000硕士3500 base深圳坪山坑梓，提供食宿，宿舍2-4人间 提供实习证明 一、岗位职责： 1、协助研发校招岗位的招聘全流程，包括简历筛选、面试邀约与安排； 2、维护招聘渠道，更新职位信息，进行初步的候选人沟通； 3、协助面试流程跟踪、数据整理及招聘报表制作； 任职要求： 1、本科或硕士在读，专业不限，人力资源、心理学、计算机等相关专业优先； 2、对招聘工作有兴趣，细致耐心，具备良好的沟通能力； 3、熟练使用办公软件（Excel/Word/PPT）； 4、每周5天，实习3个月以上。
