• To support NFMT recipe validation lab trial for product optimization and cost down project.
• To support NFMT new product and new material manufacturing scale-up operations.
• To support the lab validation and qualification of RM, ensuring the stability of RM supplying.
• To support lab tests of other PLN of FD BU in SZ lab.
• Maintain SWI document of RM and product lab test. Ensure appropriate RM and product QC procedures are installed.
• Cooperate with QC department for regular raw material and finished product quality monitoring.

Experience Bachelor’s degree in an engineering or material or ceramic or science or metallurgy discipline 1+ years of industrial experience; Qualified new graduates will be considered

• Material or Chemistry related majority.
• The knowledge of Material properties testing and analysis is necessary.
• The knowledge of inorganic chemistry and organic chemistry is preferable.
• Basic understanding of process control and quality analysis is required.
