- 负责变压器产品售前技术支持，提供技术方案咨询与选型指导，确保方案匹配客户需求
- 主导技术标书编制与投标文件制作，提升中标率至行业平均水平以上
- 开展产品技术培训与演示与客户技术交流活动
- 收集并分析市场竞品信息，协助优化产品线，推动新产品市场导入
任职要求：
- 电气工程、电力系统或相关专业本科及以上学历，具备3年以上变压器行业技术或销售支持经验
- 熟悉变压器原理、制造工艺及行业标准，能独立完成技术方案设计与成本核算
- 具备优秀的沟通协调能力与PPT制作技能，能高效处理跨部门协作与技术答疑
- 适应短期出差，持有高压电工证或相关职业资格证书者优先
