高级车辆测试工程师-动力总成 Location：Rugao如皋 Role Summary We are looking for an experienced Powertrain Evaluation Engineer with a strong commercial vehicle background and hands-on truck driving experience. The primary responsibility of this role is to drive prototype trucks, evaluate powertrain performance, and provide engineering feedback to development teams. The candidate will work closely with calibration and vehicle development engineers to improve vehicle attributes such as performance, drivability, energy/fuel efficiency, shifting quality, and regenerative braking behavior. While the current focus is on Battery Electric Vehicles (BEV), the role will also support the evaluation and development of Internal Combustion Engine (ICE) and future powertrain technologies. 我们正在寻找一名经验丰富的动力总成评估工程师，需具备扎实的商用车背景以及一线卡车驾驶经验。 该岗位的主要职责是驾驶样车、评估动力总成性能，并向开发团队提供工程反馈。需与标定及整车开发工程师紧密协作，提升整车性能、驾驶性、能量/燃油经济性、换挡品质以及再生制动表现等各项属性。 当前工作重点为纯电动汽车（BEV）同时该岗位也将支持内燃机（ICE）及未来动力总成技术的评估与开发。 Key Responsibilities

• Drive and evaluate prototype trucks on proving grounds and public roads. 在试验场及公共道路上驾驶并评估样车。
• Assess vehicle attributes including: 评估整车各项属性，包括：
• Powertrain performance 动力总成性能
• Energy/fuel consumption 能量/燃油消耗
• Drivability 驾驶性
• Gear shifting quality 换挡品质
• Regenerative braking performance 再生制动性能
• Acceleration and gradeability 加速与爬坡能力
• Act as the link between the driver and engineering teams by translating vehicle feedback into development actions. 充当驾驶员与工程团队之间的桥梁，将车辆反馈转化为开发行动项。
• Work closely with calibration engineers to improve powertrain functions and vehicle performance. 与标定工程师紧密协作，优化动力总成功能与整车性能。
• Conduct benchmark vehicle evaluations and support target setting activities. 开展竞品车辆评估，并支持目标设定工作。
• Prepare concise technical reports and recommendations. 撰写简洁的技术报告与改进建议。 Requirements
• Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial vehicle testing, powertrain development, vehicle performance evaluation, or calibration support. 5年及以上商用车测试、动力总成开发、整车性能评估或标定支持相关工作经验。
• Strong understanding of BEV and/or ICE truck powertrains. 深刻理解纯电动和/或内燃机卡车动力总成。
• Experience evaluating vehicle drivability and performance. 具备整车驾驶性与性能评估经验。
• Ability to communicate subjective vehicle impressions as clear engineering feedback. 能够将主观的车辆感受转化为清晰的工程反馈。
• Chinese Heavy Truck Driving License (A2) is mandatory. 必须持有中国重型卡车驾驶证（A2）。
• Comfortable driving prototype and development vehicles. 能够自如驾驶样车及开发车辆。
