Key Responsibilities ｜ 主要职责

• Trade Operations 交易运营: Handle HK/US order flow, trade confirmations, and exception investigation; ensure smooth trade-date (T) and settlement-date (T+2) processing. ｜ 处理港美股订单流、成交确认、交易异常排查，保障交易日 (T) 及交收日 (T+2) 流程顺畅。
• Clearing & Settlement 清算交收: Liaise with brokers, custodians, and clearing houses (e.g. HKEX / CCASS and US clearing brokers); track cash and securities settlement and resolve fails and discrepancies. ｜ 与券商、托管行、清算机构（如 HKEX / CCASS 及美股清算券商）对接，跟进资金与证券交收，处理交收失败与差异。
• Corporate Actions 公司行动: Process notifications, entries, and client entitlement allocation for dividends, stock splits, rights issues, M&A, and other corporate actions. ｜ 处理派息、拆股、供股、并购等公司行动的通知、录入与客户权益分配。
• Account Operations 账户运营: Support account opening review, maintenance, and data updates in line with KYC / AML requirements. ｜ 支持开户审核、账户维护、资料更新，配合 KYC / AML 流程要求。
• Reconciliation & Operational Risk 对账与风控: Perform daily position, cash, and securities reconciliation; identify and escalate operational risks and exceptions. ｜ 每日头寸、资金、证券对账，识别并上报运营风险与异常。
• Product Configuration 产品配置: Maintain fee, commission, market-data, and trading-parameter configuration; support new product and market launches. ｜ 维护证券产品的费率、佣金、行情及交易参数配置，配合新产品 / 新市场上线。
• Cross-functional Coordination 跨部门协作: Work with product, tech, compliance, and customer service to drive process improvement and deliver system requirements. ｜ 与产品、技术、合规、客服协作，推动流程优化与系统需求落实。
• Process & SOP 流程与文档: Author and maintain operational SOPs; continuously improve efficiency and automation. ｜ 编写及维护运营 SOP，持续优化运营效率与自动化程度。
• Compliance Support 合规支持: Ensure operational processes meet SFC and relevant market requirements; support audits and regulatory reviews. ｜ 确保运营流程符合 SFC 及相关市场的监管要求，配合审计与监管检查。
• Team Management 团队管理: Manage the operations team — set KPIs, allocation, and scheduling; own training and performance. ｜ 管理运营团队，制定 KPI、分工与排班，负责团队培训与绩效。
• Project Leadership 项目主导: Lead operations projects (system upgrades, new-market onboarding, process re-engineering) and manage internal / external stakeholders. ｜ 主导运营相关项目（系统升级、新市场接入、流程再造），对接内外部利益相关方。
• Management Reporting 管理汇报: Report operational metrics, risk status, and improvement recommendations to management. ｜ 向管理层汇报运营指标、风险状况与改进建议。

Qualifications ｜ 任职要求

Required ｜ 必备

• Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business, or a related field. ｜ 本科及以上学历，金融、经济、会计、商科或相关专业。
• 5+ years of securities / brokerage operations experience, including team management. ｜ 5 年以上证券 / 券商运营经验，含团队管理经验。
• Solid understanding of the full HK and/or US securities trade lifecycle, including settlement (T+2), corporate actions, and reconciliation. ｜ 熟悉港股及／或美股证券交易全流程，了解清算交收 (T+2)、公司行动与对账机制。
• Familiar with the SFC regulatory environment. ｜ 熟悉 SFC 监管环境。
• Strong risk awareness, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability. ｜ 具备较强的风险意识、细节把控能力与问题解决能力。
• Fluent in English and Chinese (written and spoken); able to communicate smoothly with HK / overseas teams and external counterparties. ｜ 中英文流利（书面及口语），能与港 / 海外团队及境外对手方顺畅沟通。
• Proficient with brokerage / OMS / clearing systems and Excel. ｜ 熟练使用券商 / OMS / 清算系统及 Excel。

Preferred ｜ 加分项

• SFC Type 1 (Dealing in Securities) licence and/or HKSI qualifications. ｜ 持有 SFC 第 1 类（证券交易）牌照 / 通过 HKSI 相关考试（待确认是否为硬性要求 / TBC whether mandatory）。
• Experience with US market operations. ｜ 有港美股市场运营经验。
• Process-automation experience. ｜ 有流程自动化经验。
