崗位職責：

負責集團公司與美股上市併購重組等資本運作項目的對接談判、方案設計等事項，重點在於存量納斯達克市場併購重組項目的發掘與篩選；

追蹤美股市場動態、宏觀經濟數據及重點公司財報，能為客戶提供基礎的市場資訊與解讀；

合規與風險控制：嚴格遵守公司及監管機構的合規要求，確保所有業務活動合法合規。

任職要求：

全日制本科及以上學歷，金融、財務或相關專業優先考慮；

美股證券公司或中介機構3-5年從業經驗，熟悉美股市場規則及流程；

需具備美股上市公司，尤其是納斯達克上市公司實控人及管理層之人脈資源；

需具備美股中介機構資源，包含但不限於美股證券公司、會計師、律師等，需具備極強的市場拓展能力及與項目方談判溝通能力。

【Job Responsibilities】

Lead the coordination, negotiation, and structuring of capital market initiatives for the Group, specifically focusing on M&A and restructuring projects involving U.S.-listed companies. Prioritize the identification and screening of existing M&A and restructuring opportunities within the Nasdaq market.

Monitor U.S. equity market trends, macroeconomic data, and key corporate earnings reports; provide clients with timely market updates and fundamental analysis.

Compliance and Risk Control: Adhere strictly to internal policies and regulatory requirements to ensure all business activities are conducted in full legal and regulatory compliance.

【Qualifications】

Bachelor’s degree or higher from a full-time program; majors in Finance, Accounting, or related fields are highly preferred.

3-5 years of experience in U.S. securities firms or intermediary institutions, with a thorough understanding of U.S. market rules and operational workflows.

Established network with key stakeholders, specifically controllers and senior management of U.S.-listed companies, with a focus on Nasdaq-listed entities.

Strong connections within the U.S. capital market ecosystem, including but not limited to broker-dealers, auditors, and legal counsel. Must possess exceptional business development skills and advanced negotiation capabilities.
