该职位来源于猎聘 Position Summary职位概要: Responsible for production management, cost and resource optimization, team and performance management, equipment maintenance, and cross-departmental collaboration within the Operations Management Center. 负责运营管理中心的生产管理、成本和资源优化、团队及绩效管理、设备维护以及跨部门协作。 Job Responsibilities工作职责: 1、 Production Management and Quality Control生产管理与质量控制 ① Oversee the entire production process to ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards (such as ISO systems).

监督整个生产过程，以确保符合安全、环境和质量标准（如ISO体系） ② Work together with Quality department to implement control systems, address production abnormalities and customer complaints, and reduce the scrap rate.

与质量部门合作实施控制系统，解决生产异常和客户投诉，并降低报废率。 ③ Implement safety production protocols to prevent major accidents. 实施安全生产规程以防止重大事故。 2、 Cost and Resource Optimization成本和资源优化 ① Control production costs (labor, materials, energy consumption, etc.) and formulate plans for cost reduction and efficiency improvement. 控制生产成本（人工、材料、能源消耗等），并制定降低成本和提高效率的计划。 ② Optimize the allocation of resources, including equipment, personnel, and materials, to improve utilization. 优化资源配置，包括设备、人员和材料，以提高利用率。 ③ Review production budgets and monitor actual expenditures. 审查生产预算并监控实际支出。 ④ Lead lean improvement initiatives within the plant to optimize the production process and enhance production efficiency and economic performance. 在工厂内牵头精益改进项目，以优化生产过程，提高生产效率和经济效益。 ⑤ Perform capacity load analysis based on resources, prepare corresponding resources, develop reasonable plans, and supervise their implementation. 根据资源进行产能负荷分析，准备相应的资源，制定合理的计划，并监督其实施。 3、 Team and performance management团队与绩效管理 ① Establish the production team, define job responsibilities, and develop technical key personnel. 建立生产团队，明确岗位职责，并培养技术骨干人员。 ② Set KPIs and evaluate team performance, while implementing incentive mechanisms. 设定关键绩效指标并评估团队绩效，同时实施激励机制。 ③ Organize skills training to enhance employees' awareness of operational standards. 组织技能培训，提高员工对操作规范的意识。 4、 Equipment management设备管理 ① Coordinate equipment maintenance and repair schedules to minimize downtime. 协调设备维护和维修计划，以尽量减少停机时间。 ② Assess the feasibility of new processes and equipment and drive their implementation. 评估新工艺和设备的可行性，并推动其实施。 5、 Cross-departmental collaboration and new Products跨部门协作与新产品 ① Lead New Product Introductions (NPI) for both Component/Coating Solutions and Power Products. Partner with R&D to ensure Design for Manufacturability (DFM) across diverse technologies—from coating and component solutions to full-system assembly for products like fuel cell systems. 领导组件/涂层解决方案和电力产品的新产品导入（NPI）。与研发团队合作，确保从涂层和组件解决方案到燃料电池系统等产品的整套系统组装的多种技术的可制造性设计（DFM）。 ② Collaborate with Supply Chain to optimize inventory turns and prevent material shortages or excess stock. 与供应链协作，优化库存周转，防止物料短缺或库存过剩。 ③ Assist Finance with production cost accounting and root-cause analysis of cost drivers.

协助财务进行生产成本核算及成本驱动因素的根本原因分析。 Qualifications: 任职资格 Educational Background教育背景： ◆ Bachelors degree or higher, with Chinese proficiency. English proficiency is ideal.
