该职位来源于猎聘 Job Summary As an Automation Mechanical Engineer, you will be responsible for design of automation equipment, independently complete mechanism judgment, standard part selection, parameter calculation, document archiving, drawing annotation and BOM sorting, and guide technicians to finish assembly and commissioning to solve on-site mechanical problems. 作为自动化机械工程师，你将负责自动化设备的设计，独立完成机构判断、标准零件选择、参数计算、文档归档、图纸注释和物料清单分类，并指导技术人员完成组装和调试，以解决现场机械问题。 You will act as the core technical interface with customers, translate non-standard automation requirements into feasible mechanical solutions, and participate in bidding technical evaluation to formulate reasonable project budget and schedule plans.

• Be responsible for the research and design of automation equipment projects. 负责自动化设备项目的研发设计。
• Make judgments on functional structures independently and complete the selection of standard parts and calculation of design parameters. Collect, organize, archive relevant mechanical and graphics materials, and prepare drawings and BOM. 对于功能性机构作出判断，独立完成标准件的选型和设计参数的计算。对有关机械、图文资料的收集、整理、归档，图面标注，BOM整理。
• Guide assembly and debugging technicians in installation and debugging. 指导组装调试技术员安装、调试。
• Solve technical problems related to the equipment operation on the structure. 负责解决设备运行中的机构上的技术难题。
• Communicate with customers to understand the technical requirements of non-standard automation equipment (such as process flow, efficiency, accuracy, environmental restrictions, etc.), convert the requirements into feasible mechanical design schemes. 与客户沟通，理解非标自动化设备的技术要求（如工艺流程、效率、精度、环境限制等），将需求转化为可行的机械设计方案。
• Responsible busbar new material and new technology research and development. 参与投标阶段的技术方案评估，制定预算和周期计划。
• Track project progress, coordinate suppliers, assembly teams and customer feedback to ensure the project is delivered on time. 跟踪项目进度，协调供应商、装配团队及客户反馈，确保项目按时交付。 Qualifications
• Education o Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in Mechatronics, Mechanical Design And Industrial Automation or related fields. 本科及以上学历，机电一体化、机械设计与工业自动化及相关专业。
• Experience o At least 3 years of research and design experience in automation equipment. 3年及以上自动化设备的研发设计。 Core Competencies o Proficient in mechanical design, mechanical principles, pneumatic-hydraulic transmission, etc. 精通机械设计、机械原理、气液压传动等。 o Strong learning ability and a strong sense of responsibility. 具有较强的学习能力、工作责任心。 o Good language communication skills and teamwork spirit. 具有良好的语言沟通能力和团队合作精神。 o Fluent in Mandarin, and good proficiency in English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills are preferred. 流利的普通话，良好的英语听说读写能力者优先。
