- ควบคุมการรับ-จ่าย อุปกรณ์และเครื่องมือ ตรวจนับจำนวนและสภาพ
- บันทึกข้อมูลการเบิกจ่ายควบคุมสต๊อกคงเหลือ
- จัดทำและปรับปรุงทะเบียนทรัพย์สินระหว่างสำนักงานกับหน้างาน และระบุผู้รับผิดชอบ
- ควบคุมการบยืม-คืน และโอนย้ายเครื่องมือและทรัพย์สินระหว่างสำนักงานกับพนักงาน
- ตวจจนับสต๊อกและทรัพย์สินตามรอบ รายงานของชำรุดและประสานงานการซ่อมบำรุง
- จดเก็บวัสดุในสโตร์ให้เป็นระเบียบ ปลอดภัย และประสานงานกับฝ่ายจัดซื้อ บัญชี และพนักงาน
คุณสมบัติ
- วุฒิการศึกษา ปวส - ปริญญาตรี สาขาบริหารธุรกิจ การจัดการโลจิสติก์หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ด้านสโตร์ คลังสินค้า * หากเคยทำธุรกิจก่อสร้างจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- ใช้ excel ได้ดี เข้าใจงานทรัพย์สินและสโตร์ * ใช้ ERP ได้จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- ละเอียด รอบคอบ มีความรับผิดชอบ สามารถทำงานเป็นทีมเข้ากับผู้อื่นได้ดี
