- 本科（985/211）及以上学历，自动控制、机电等专业背景； 2.熟悉STM32等嵌入式开发、模电数电功底良好； 3.熟练使用经典控制理论；熟练使用C编程、能设计优化机械结构，机械力学功底扎实； 4.对常见材料的力学特性/加工工艺等有直观认识； 5.具备较强的团队协作能力、沟通能力、责任意识及上进心； 6.具备良好的学习能力。
