What they need
- งานจัดซื้อในประเทศ
- ตรวจสอบ PR และการอนุมัติจากฝ่ายต่าง ๆ ให้ครบถ้วน
- สรรหา เปรียบเทียบ และเจรจา Supplier ด้านราคา คุณภาพ เครดิต และการส่งมอบ
- จัดทำ PO และติดตามการส่งมอบสินค้าให้ตรงตามกำหนด
- ประสานงานตรวจรับและแก้ไขกรณีสินค้าไม่ครบ ผิด ชำรุด หรือไม่ตรงตาม PO
- ประเมิน Supplier จัดทำฐานข้อมูล และควบคุมการจัดซื้อให้เป็นไปตามงบประมาณและนโยบายบริษัท
- งานบัญชีด้านจ่าย (Accounts Payable)
- ตรวจสอบเอกสารประกอบการจ่าย เช่น PR, PO, ใบรับสินค้า ใบกำกับภาษี และใบแจ้งหนี้
- ทำตั้งเบิก-จ่ายตามรอบ และควบคุมกำหนดชำระตามเครดิต Supplier
- จัดเก็บเอกสารบัญชีอย่างเป็นระบบ พร้อมรองรับการตรวจสอบภายในและภายนอก
