Key responsibility:

Investment Identification: Locate and evaluate potential investment opportunities in Mainland China, focusing on sectors that align with the company’s strategic goals, such as construction projects advanced payment audit, real estates, publicly and privately traded company shares and M&A opportunities.

Due Diligence: Conduct comprehensive due diligence to assess the genuineness and investment value of potential construction projects. Evaluate the financial, operational, and legal aspects of each real estate investment projects to ensure it meets our high standards of return and risk mitigation.

Construction project advance payment: Actively search for and identify lucrative construction projects with strong investment potential. Assess market conditions, consrtuction values, and future growth prospects.

Negotiations: Lead negotiations with Chinese developers and other stakeholders to secure favorable cooperation terms and commission rates. Ensure agreements are in alignment with our business objectives and compliance standards.

Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, developers, and other key players in the Chinese market. Represent the company in various forums and professional gatherings to enhance our visibility and businese prospects.

Project Management: Oversee multiple investment projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are executed on schedule, within budget, and according to planned objectives.

Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, construction, Real Estate, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.

Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development, investment management and advising, or a related field, with a proven track record of successful investments projects marketing and management experience in Mainland China.

Skills: Strong analytical and quantitative skills, excellent negotiation and communication skills, and a deep understanding of the Chinese real estate market and investment landscape.

Language: Fluency in Mandarin and English is essential.
