Responsibilities This role is responsible for leading creative direction for promotional campaigns targeting international markets. As a player-manager, you will oversee creative teams while directly contributing to strategic planning, content development, creative execution, quality management, and client presentations. The position offers opportunities to support global marketing initiatives, particularly within the gaming and entertainment sectors.

Main Responsibilities

• Lead the international creative director team and manage creative directors and external partners
• Develop communication strategies to address client challenges and oversee creative quality management
• Create and direct creative concepts, layouts, and design development
• Produce and direct promotional copy using native-level English proficiency
• Prepare presentation materials and deliver presentations for client meetings and competitive pitches

Requirements Requirements Minimum requirements:

• Native-level proficiency in both English and Japanese
• Experience directing game advertising campaigns
• Management experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience managing advertising campaigns for the U.S. market
• Knowledge of advertising markets in Korea and Taiwan
• Experience supporting international promotional campaigns
• Experience as a Creative Director within an advertising agency
• Experience managing PDCA cycles, including creative performance analysis and optimization
