負責督導護士、保健員及護理員；
為長者提供個案跟進，協調服務流程等工作。
醫護團隊培訓及督導，感染控制相關事宜等工作。
協助院長處理事務;
入職薪酬可按相關服務年資釐定，設護士津貼每月$4000及服務獎勵金。
