前台主管

• 班组管理：负责前台班组日常排班、工作分配，督导前台员工落实接待、入住退房、收银、问询等工作，监督仪容仪表、服务标准，做好员工日常培训、带教。 2. 宾客服务：统筹对客服务，处理宾客投诉、特殊需求、客诉升级问题；跟进VIP客人接待安排，保障入住体验，维护酒店口碑。 3. 房态与预订管理：核对每日房态，管控预订、排房，处理超售、换房、延期入住等情况；审核预订信息，核对团队、散客订单。 4. 收银账务：检查前台收银操作，审核账单、押金、发票，管控备用金；每日核对前台营业款，跟进账目差异，确保收银合规。 5. 报表与台账：审阅前台每日营业报表、入住报表，做好交接班管理，落实交接班记录，及时上报运营异常。 6. 部门协同：对接客房、销售、工程、安保等部门，同步宾客需求、房态信息，协调解决跨部门问题。 7. 物资与系统：管理前台物资（房卡、单据、办公用品），维护PMS前台操作系统，排查操作问题；落实前台区域卫生。 8. 安全管理：落实访客登记、证件登记制度，关注客情安全，遇突发事件按预案上报、处置。

1、中专及以上学历，2年酒店前台经验，至少1年同岗位管理经验； 2、熟练操作PMS系统，具备基础英文能力； 3、熟悉前台收银、房态管控、客诉处理；具备班组排班、员工培训能力，能适应酒店倒班，有洲际酒店工作经历优先。
