该职位来源于猎聘 The field-based position is responsible for implementation of training & education activities for establishment of scientific leadership of Galderma. This includes development and enhancement of professional relationships with HCP & KOLs, building deep scientific understanding of Galderma products. Deliver medical education and training support to medical professionals, involve in development of brand strategy in field. Education/Training:

• Minium in Bachelor degree, Master degree or above is preferred Work Experience:
• Master advanced degree in clinical / life science qualification
• Field based experience in pharmaceutical / medical device company is preferred Required Pre-requisites Skills/Experience for This Position:
• Thorough knowledge and experience of aesthetic area and dermatology in clinical practice
• Ability to interact and manage a range of stakeholders both internally and externally
• Knowledge of legislation relevant to sales and marketing
• Self-management and execution ability
• Understanding of multiple aspects within medical field-based role
• Fluent in spoken / written English Main Duties:
• Field-based workload: ＞ 70%
• External Medical Education and Training
• Set-up target HCP&KOL list, keep align with medical and business requirements.
• Develop and implement HCPs engagement plan in collaboration with line manager, develop visit plan with clear objective, key points.
• Implement medical education and training activities in fields and well deliver the medical key strategy of each product. Document and prepare relevant training records. Ensure the excellent execution of training events including event design, budget control, milestone tracking, etc.
• Develop own scientific knowledge on product / therapeutic areas scientific information to be shared with HCPs through 1:1 or group discussions.
• Summarize the key insights during filed visits and education activities.
• Medical & Scientific Support for Internal Stakeholders
• Provide the internal stakeholders with an understanding of the local medical community, clinical practice, competitor information and HCP insights.
• As the field based medical member, provide the support on central medical projects, for example advisory board, etc.
• Provide medical training to sales team as needed.
• Compliance
• Clearly understand and aware of industry code and local country codes.
• Ensure all execution complied with Galderma policies and procedures.
