About the role

Division Sale position responsible for managing sales performance of structural products according to company targets.

Key responsibilities

• Manage sales performance of structural products according to company-defined targets
• Plan and manage activities to boost sales both within and outside the branch
• Contact and build relationships with regular customers for continuous sales
• Oversee and manage work within the responsible department
• Motivate employees within the department
• Work according to company policy and communicate effectively
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor

About you

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in a related field
• Sales manager experience (retail business) 4 years or more
• Knowledge of construction materials and products
• Team management skills
• Passion for service work and ability to work well under pressure
