财务总监

该职位来源于猎聘 Oversee the Accounting and finance services from China. This includes:

• Accounting and finance services (include inventory, Sales & banking, tax service, Leasing, FA, GL)
• Manage budget for Shared Service center and resources to ensure efficient utilization and cost
• Drive culture of transformation / continuous improvement in operations (eliminate unnecessary work / process improvements / transformation)
• Develop and implement the strategy and plans to ensure its long-term growth and success (including identifying and migrating new services into shared services)
• Ensure reliable metrics are produced to oversee operations and keep key customers informed of progress/issues
• Proactive in CBTA system upgrade program monitor and design to ensure well accounting process transformation quality.

Qualifications For The Successful Applicant

• Possess a bachelor's degree or higher (accounting preferred, CPA or ACCA is a plus)
• Minimum of 10 years of management experience in a finance Shared Service Center
• with experience in large group companies preferred
• Proven leadership and team management skills and experience.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in written and verbal Mandarin and English
• Experienced in transformation culture is preferred.
