该职位来源于猎聘 岗位职责： 1.系统开发：负责电池系统及能源部品开发，完成电芯选型、电池包方案与BMS需求定义。 2.设计验证：负责电池包结构、热管理、安全设计验证，支持法规认证（GB新国标）。 3.供方对接：对接电芯及电池包供应商，负责技术协议与样件验证。 4.标准沉淀：沉淀能源部品开发规范。 任职要求： 1、本科及以上学历，电化学、电气工程、材料、车辆工程等专业 2、熟悉锂电池特性及电池包结构、热管理设计，掌握电池测试标准（GB 3、803、1、等） 3、有3年以上电池系统开发经验，负责过电池系统开发项目
