• Lead the design, development, coding, testing, and debugging firmware for high-speed optical modules (including but not limited to 400G, 800G, 1.6T, etc.), ensuring compliance with product requirements and industry standards.
• Be responsible for the design and optimization of firmware architecture, focusing on improving code efficiency, maintainability, and scalability, and provide technical guidance to the firmware team.
• Collaborate closely with hardware engineers, optical engineers, and test engineers to troubleshoot cross-domain technical issues, optimize product performance, and shorten the product development cycle.
• Provide technical support for product mass production, solve firmware-related problems in mass production, and ensure the stable batch delivery of products.
• Training and guidance of junior firmware engineers, improve the overall technical level of the team, and build a stable and efficient firmware development team.

Assist engineering leads and managers in management work, efficiently promote the progress of project R&D. Who You Are Bachelor’s degree or above in Electronics Engineering, Computer Science, Communication Engineering, or a related field. A master’s degree is preferred. 2+ years of high-speed optical module firmware experience, including participation in 800G development. Proficiency in C, MCU and STM32 development, with working knowledge of Python. Hands-on knowledge of I2C, SPI and CMIS, including protocol development or debugging. Relevant optical module product experience and ability to support Zhuhai production. Fluent English across listening, speaking, reading and writing.
