Key responsibilities
- Prepare and verify parcels for shipment
- Manage domestic and international parcel deliveries
- Prepare shipping-related documentation
- Contact and coordinate with shipping companies
- Verify shipping costs and delivery details
- Track parcel status and coordinate in case of issues
- Record shipping data and maintain documentation
- Coordinate with customers regarding delivery details
- Perform other assigned tasks
About you
- Age 20 years and above
- Proficient in computer and Microsoft Office
- Basic knowledge of Shipping operations
- Able to manage Shipping documentation
- Able to work overtime (OT)
- Experience in transportation/Shipping is a plus
