该职位来源于猎聘 【制剂，工艺技术转移】 1. 会同研发与项目客户对接，负责项目工艺和技术转移工作； 2. 组织参与项目研发过程，指导研发人员根据GMP和工艺转移的要求记录及优化研发过程 3. 编制及审核产品工艺文件，组织对车间参加项目生产的人员进行工艺培训 4. 在生产过程中及时的和车间主任以及项目参与人员沟通，保证项目生产的进度 5. 参与生产现场关键工艺控制点进行过程，掌握质量情况，指导、督促生产一线及时解决生产中出现的技术问题 6.英语作为工做语言，流利沟通
