- 分析各部门计划和完成数据，定期汇报计划执行情况并提出改进方案
- 优化生产、研发、销售等环节的协同流程，提升运营效率
任职要求：
- 本科及以上学历，10年以上生物医药行业管理经验
- 熟悉药厂全流程运营，具备经营计划编制与执行能力
- 优秀的跨部门沟通协调能力与问题解决能力
- 具备数据敏感度，能通过分析推动管理优化
